FOR DEALERSHIPS

Built for the salesperson.
Useful for the dealership.

Give authorized staff a consistent way to find vehicles, prepare Marketplace listings and work purchase numbers.

A LISTING THAT REPRESENTS THE SALESPERSON

Make Marketplace preparation repeatable.

Staff can choose several approved inventory vehicles on a phone. A paired Trail Buddy in desktop Chrome works on one car at a time and attempts to save each Facebook draft. The salesperson checks each result and publishes confirmed drafts in Facebook.

Each person uses their own public contact details. A prepared form, a confirmed saved draft and a published listing remain separate results.

Numbers the customer can follow.

Compare terms and cash-down options. Include trade allowance, payoff, fees, rebates and estimated tax, then print an estimate with the salesperson’s contact details.

The estimate gives a salesperson a useful starting point without waiting for a manager to calculate it. The dealership confirms final transaction figures and prepares any official agreement.

SHARED FACTS. INDIVIDUAL WORK.

Keep the source consistent.
Keep access deliberate.

The platform owner reviews dealership connections and manages account approval, dealership assignment and suspension. Staff access is limited to the assigned dealership and their own saved work; the owner retains support and administration access.

How data and access work
One inventory source
Approved dealership pages feed a shared vehicle list. The last successful check remains available if a refresh fails.
Price and availability changes
Salespeople can review price and availability differences on their recorded listings. Incorrect-data reports go to the owner for review.
Approved dealership information
The owner can maintain dated process instructions and recurring answers. Expired wording stops appearing in the vehicle workflow.
Ready-to-review materials
Listing photos, descriptions and estimates use the salesperson’s public details. Each Facebook listing still requires the salesperson’s review.
